Безопасные сделки: деньги уходят продавцу только после вашего подтверждения

Terms of Service

Version of October 24, 2026

1. General provisions

This agreement governs the use of the escrowhub.online website, which is owned and operated by Sole proprietor Baizhumanova.

The Service is a platform where some users publish listings for digital goods and services and others buy them. The Operator is not a seller of the goods and is not responsible for their origin. The Operator provides secure deals: it holds the buyer's money until the buyer has received what they paid for.

By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have read this agreement and the privacy policy and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Terms

  • Buyer - a user who pays for a good or service.
  • Seller - a user who publishes a listing and delivers the item.
  • Secure deal (escrow) - an arrangement in which the buyer's money is temporarily held by the Service and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt or by an arbitration decision.
  • Balance - the record of a user's internal funds in the Service.
  • Dispute - a request by a party to a deal when the item was not delivered, was delivered incompletely, or does not match the description.

3. Registration and account

The Service may be used by persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

When registering you must provide a valid email address. The email is used for signing in, deal notifications, and account recovery. You are responsible for keeping access to this email.

Your account is personal. You may not give it to others, or sell or buy other people's accounts on the platform itself. You are responsible for all actions taken from your account until you notify the Operator that it was hacked.

One person may have one account. Creating additional accounts to bypass a ban, or to inflate ratings or reviews, is prohibited.

4. How a secure deal works

  • The buyer pays for the item. The money is held by the Service and does not yet belong to the seller.
  • The seller sees that the order is paid and delivers the item in the way stated in the listing or agreed in the order chat.
  • The buyer checks the item and clicks “Confirm receipt”. After that, the money, minus the fee, is credited to the seller.
  • If the buyer has neither confirmed receipt nor opened a dispute within 24 hours after the seller marked the order as completed, the deal closes automatically and the money is released to the seller.
  • If the item was not delivered or does not match the description, the buyer opens a dispute before confirming receipt.

Communication and delivery of the item must take place inside the Service. If you agree on a deal or payment outside the Service, the protection of a secure deal does not apply to it.

5. Listings and requirements for sellers

The seller must provide an accurate title, description, price, quantity, and delivery terms in the listing. You may not publish misleading descriptions, other people's photos, or texts that you have no right to use.

The seller publishes only what they can actually deliver after payment. Accepting payment for goods that are not in stock is prohibited.

The seller must deliver the item within the time stated in the listing and comply with the rules of the platform where the item is used (for example, a gaming platform or subscription service). The seller is solely responsible for the lawful origin of the item and for complying with tax legislation in their country.

The Operator may hide or delete a listing that violates this agreement, attracts complaints, or creates a risk for buyers.

6. Prohibited

  • Selling and buying goods and services that violate the law: stolen data and accounts, payment cards and access to them, hacked content, forged documents.
  • Selling malware, tools for hacking and surveillance of people, and databases of personal data.
  • Offering narcotic substances, weapons, and other prohibited goods.
  • Extracting money, codes, passwords, and data from other users, or misleading them.
  • Bypassing the Service's fee: steering a buyer to pay outside the Service after meeting on the platform.
  • Inflating ratings, reviews, and views, including through fake accounts and deals between yourselves.
  • Automatically collecting the Service's data, interfering with its operation, or searching for and exploiting vulnerabilities.
  • Insulting or threatening other users or the Service's staff.

7. Fees, payments, and balance

The Service charges a 0% fee on the amount of each completed deal. The fee is shown before payment or when a listing is created. The Operator may change the fee; the new terms apply only to deals paid after the change.

Top-ups and withdrawals may undergo additional verification. The Operator may request identity confirmation, the source of funds, and other information where necessary for the security of deals and compliance with the law. Until the verification is complete, the operation may be suspended.

Fees of payment systems and banks for top-ups and withdrawals are borne by the user unless otherwise stated in the Service. The Operator may set minimum and maximum operation amounts.

The Operator may freeze funds on an account if there are reasonable suspicions of fraud or of a violation of the law or this agreement, and at the request of authorized bodies.

A refund to the buyer is made by the same method that was used for payment, or to the balance in the Service if that is not possible.

8. Disputes

The buyer may open a dispute within 72 hours after the item is delivered, but no later than confirming receipt. While a dispute is open, the money remains on hold.

In a dispute, each party must provide evidence: correspondence, screenshots, delivery videos, and other materials. Evidence obtained outside the Service, or clearly falsified, may be disregarded.

The Operator reviews the dispute based on the materials provided by the parties and decides: return the money to the buyer, release it to the seller, or split the amount between the parties. The arbitration decision within the Service is final, but it does not deprive you of the right to go to court.

A party caught trying to deceive the arbitration may be blocked without refund of the funds on their balance, up to the amount of the damage caused.

9. Liability

The Operator is responsible for the operation of the escrow: the safety of funds on hold and carrying out the deal procedure in accordance with this agreement.

The Operator is not responsible for the quality, legality, or suitability of the goods that users sell, for the actions of sellers and buyers outside the Service, or for the decisions of third-party platforms (for example, blocking a game account or key under their rules).

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service. Maintenance and outages are possible, including those caused by hosting providers and payment systems. The Operator takes measures to prevent such outages from causing a loss of users' funds.

The Operator's liability is limited to actual damage and may not exceed the amount of the deal in connection with which the damage arose, unless otherwise provided by law.

10. Blocking and deleting an account

The Operator may restrict access to an account or delete it if you have violated this agreement, created a risk for other users, or the law requires it.

You may delete your account at any time if you have no active deals, disputes, or unwithdrawn funds. You can withdraw the remaining balance before deletion.

11. Changes to the terms

The Operator may change this agreement. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page. If you continue to use the Service after the changes, you accept the new version. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or in the Service.

12. Governing law and contacts

This agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the Operator is registered. Disputes that could not be resolved through the claims procedure are heard by the court at the Operator's location, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
